Director
John Traicos is a lawyer and experienced commercial and corporate manager with more than 30 years’ experience in commercial and corporate affairs in Australia and Southern Africa.
He has acted as non-executive director, company secretary, in-house lawyer and commercial manager for several Australian resource companies and has been involved in resource projects and acquisitions in Australia, Southern Africa, Indonesia, Ethiopia, Senegal and Argentina.
John is currently a non-executive director and legal manager of ASX listed exploration company Vantage Metals Limited.
Non-Executive Director
David was an explosive engineer and designer heavily involved in seismology research and subcontracted to Beach Petroleum, later becoming involved in Industrial Relations including participation with the Industrial Relations Commission. In more recent times David has become a successful owner operator of his own business.
David was instrumental in the changing of the Bassari Resources Limited Board in early 2022 and is committed to representing the interests of Bassari shareholders, as a well-known, long term significant Bassari shareholder, committed to engaging with Bishop to achieve a suitable outcome for both Bassari and Bishop.
David was appointed a Director of Bassari Resources Limited on 17 February 2023.
Non-Executive Director
Neville's career commenced in banking, where he was involved for a period approximating twenty (20) years. He subsequently became involved in a number of small businesses, including Hotel and Motel management and ownership.
Following the Hotel and Motel businesses, he participated in property developments and from there Neville acquired and operated a substantial fresh seafood, wholesale and retail business before selling the operation and recently retiring.
Neville has been a significant shareholder in Bassari Resources Limited for many years, is well known to many of the Bassari shareholders and agreed to join the Board to work in with Bishop and to represent Bassari shareholders to ensure the best outcome possible.
Neville was appointed a Director of Bassari Resources limited on 2 December 2024.
